สมาคมกอล์ฟไทยแห่งรัฐเท็กซัส (TGATX) ก่อตั้งขึ้นเพื่อรวมตัวนักกอล์ฟชาวไทยทั่วทั้งรัฐให้เป็นหนึ่งเดียว เสริมสร้างมิตรภาพ และส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งในชุมชนนักกอล์ฟไทย
สมาคมแบ่งออกเป็นสองภูมิภาคหลัก ได้แก่ ภาคเหนือของรัฐเท็กซัส (ครอบคลุมเมืองดัลลัสและฟอร์ตเวิร์ธ) และภาคใต้ของรัฐเท็กซัส (รวมถึงเมืองฮิวสตัน ซานแอนโตนิโอ และออสติน) โดยแต่ละภูมิภาคจะมีทีมที่เป็นตัวแทนของพื้นที่นั้น ๆ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการแข่งขันและเป็นตัวแทนในระดับท้องถิ่น
ตลอดทั้งปี TGATX จะจัดการแข่งขันระดับภูมิภาคในแต่ละพื้นที่ และยังมีการแข่งขัน Reunion Tournament รายไตรมาส รวมถึงการแข่งขันประจำปีในวันรำลึก Memorial Day ที่รวบรวมนักกอล์ฟไทยมาร่วมเฉลิมฉลองและสนุกกับกีฬากอล์ฟร่วมกัน
TGATX มีความภาคภูมิใจที่ได้เป็นพันธมิตรกับสมาคมนักกอล์ฟไทยแห่งอเมริกา (TGAA) ซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นในช่วงปลายปี ค.ศ. 1982 โดย TGAA เป็นผู้ดูแลการแข่งขันกอล์ฟระดับชาติของชาวไทยในสหรัฐฯ ที่มีชื่อว่า "Thai Interstate Tournament" ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปีในช่วงวันหยุด Labor Day และหมุนเวียนกันเป็นเจ้าภาพในแต่ละภูมิภาค ได้แก่ ภาคตะวันตก ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก ของสหรัฐอเมริกา
เราขอเชิญชวนนักกอล์ฟชาวไทยทุกท่านในรัฐเท็กซัส เข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ TGATX เพื่อสัมผัสกับความสุขของการเล่นกอล์ฟและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันมีค่ากับสมาชิกในชุมชน

The Thai Golf Association of Texas (TGATX) was founded to unite Thai golfers across the state, fostering camaraderie and building a strong golfing community.
The organization is structured into two primary regions: North Texas (encompassing Dallas and Fort Worth) and South Texas (including Houston, San Antonio, and Austin). Each region features teams representing their respective geographic areas, creating opportunities for local representation and competition.
Throughout the year, TGATX organizes regional tournaments at the local level, with quarterly Reunion Tournaments such as the Annual Memorial Day golf Tournament bringing golfers together to celebrate the spirit of the game.
TGATX is proudly affiliated with the Thai Golfers Association of America (TGAA), an organization established in the late 1982. The TGAA oversees the prestigious Thai national golf tournament, known as the "Thai Interstate Tournament," held annually over Labor Day weekend. This tournament rotates among the three U.S. regions—West, Central, and East—each year, with one state taking on the honor of hosting this celebrated event under TGAA governance.
